Measures tire pressure and transmits it to the vehicle's monitoring system.
The TPMS sensor, mounted inside the wheel at the valve stem, measures air pressure and temperature and transmits the reading wirelessly to the vehicle's TPMS module. Its internal battery is sealed and depletes over its service life.
