It is not a substitute for professional automotive advice, and nothing in the Service constitutes a guarantee that following its reminders or recommendations will prevent mechanical failure, keep a vehicle under warranty, or otherwise avoid harm.

2. AI-Generated Content

Some features use AI to read photos (receipts, VIN tags, insurance cards, license plates) or to estimate maintenance costs and intervals. AI output can be wrong. You're responsible for reviewing anything AI-generated before relying on it - cost estimates in particular are rough, non-vehicle-specific, non-region-specific ranges, not quotes, and maintenance intervals shown are general guidance, not a substitute for your vehicle's own manufacturer-specified schedule.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least [13/16/18 - pick what's legally required in your jurisdiction] years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled. You can cancel or switch plans at any time from the Plans page; a cancellation takes effect immediately and your account moves to the Free plan's limits going forward - it does not delete any data you've already logged. 6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data, photos, and notes you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that content back to you (and to anyone you've explicitly shared a vehicle with) as part of operating the Service - including sending photos to a third-party AI provider for scanning features you choose to use.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of any maintenance recommendation, cost estimate, or AI-generated output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to vehicle damage, mechanical failure, or costs incurred in reliance on any reminder, recommendation, or estimate shown in the Service.
